Equipment load-in and loading dock

Load-in starts at 8.00am. Equipment and percussion movers should arrive then. Individual performers should use the stage-door arrival time in the Concert Day Guide.
Truck loading dock
- Enter Ferguson Lane from Anderson Street and reverse into the truck dock.
- Dock door: 3,900 mm high × 3,000 mm wide. It accommodates vehicles up to a semi-trailer.
- Call Stage Door when you arrive. The dock is shared and is a loading zone only, so move your vehicle once unloading is complete.
Cars, vans and the goods lift
- Use the retail loading dock via the car park: enter from Archer Street into Ferguson Lane, then use the goods lift.
- There is about a 50-metre flat walk from the lift. Bring a trolley if you need one.
- Vehicles must be under the 2.2-metre car-park height limit. The lift needs a swipe card, arranged with Stage Door at 8.00am.
On arrival
- Follow venue staff directions and complete the venue induction before starting work.
- Plan lifts before moving equipment. Ask the production team if an item needs more than one person.
- Keep access ways clear for the piano movers, venue crew and safety operations.
